On August 18, American DJ Jonh Borger better known as Borgeous will be back at the Beachclub for an unforgettable day.
Borgeous
It was in 2013 with songs like From Cali With Love, GANGSTEROUS, Rags To Rich and AGGRO that he launched his career. However, it is his collaboration with the duo DVBBS that will make him known internationally. Together, they launch Tsunami, which will become one of the most played songs at the 2013 Tomorowland Festival. In October of that year, Borgeous is signed by the Spinnin Record label.
In 2014, his songs Invicible and Wildfire are in the top 10 of Billboard Dance Music. That year, Sirius XM offered him to do a podcast once a week, that’s when House of Borgeous was born. In 2016, Borgeous leaves Spinnin Record to partner up with Armada Music where he will create his own label: GEOUSUS.
Since the beginning, Borgeous does not hesitate to collaborate with several artists to release the best possible hits. His collabs include Tutankhamun with Dzeko and Torres, Savage with Riggi & Piros and Lil John, Make Me Yours with Zack Martino and more recently Better Away with Runaground.
Firebeatz
The Dutch duo made of Tim Benjamin Smulders and Jurre Van Doeslaar, together are Firebeatz. They evolve to the sound of big room house, electro house and dutch house. Firebeatz has been known for their collaborations with renowned artists like Martin Garrix for their song Helicopter. They also collaborated with Calvin Harris and Tiësto, which helped launch their international career. However, Just One More Time Baby, a collaboration with Chocolate Puma, is the song that has propelled their career. Since their debut, the duo remixes for stars of all kinds such as Rihanna, Flo Rida, Justin Timberlake, Pink, Snoop Dogg, James Blunt and Sean Paul. One of Firebeatz’s newest tracks is Through My Mind, which he did in collaboration with Shella.
Kura
In the 39th position of Dj Mag’s Top 100, Kura is known for his shows with epic drops which are greatly appreciated by his audience. Kura knew that he wanted to be a DJ at the age of 11, since then, the Portuguese never stoped putting everything in place to get to the top. His career began in 2005 when he became a resident DJ at the Bahaus club. In 2014, he won the award for the best Portuguese DJ in addition to making his debut in the DJ Mag Top 100. Kura arrived in the big family of Spinnin ‘Records as one of the most innovative producers. One of his most notable collaborations is with Olly James for Fuego. Kura keeps saying that it is important to get out of her comfort zone to always renew yourself. That’s why we look forward to seeing him at the Beachclub next August.
