GENERAL INFORMATION

What is the minimum age to come to the events?

Access is limited to 18 years and older with 2 valid government issued IDs.

What is a valid government issued ID?

Driver’s license, health insurance card, passport, citizenship card, resident card and BYOD card. No other card will be considered valid.

Visitors' Code of Conduct
At the Beachclub, holding quality events is at the heart of our activities. A big part of that is ensuring a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all our visitors, artists and staff.

We ask that your conduct contribute to the enjoyment of the event for all and that it not be offensive or abusive to others.

In the interest of your safety and comfort, unacceptable behavior is subject to eviction and includes, but is not limited to, the following:

– Use of rude, threatening, offensive or abusive language or gestures.

– Discrimination, intimidation, or hate that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, race, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, ability, physical appearance, or otherwise.

– Harassment, including unwelcome or hostile behavior, physical contact or sexual attention.

– Fights or any other type of violence.

– Wearing or using clothing, signs and banners that are offensive in nature.

– Intoxication or impairment from alcohol/cannabis or illegal substance use.

– Throwing objects or interfering with the flow of the event.

– Be in possession of alcohol that does not come from the Beachclub site.

– Be in possession of weapons, illegal substances or any other prohibited items.

– Unauthorized access and perimeter violations of VIP or other restricted areas.

– Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Beachclub or likely to affect the safety of persons or property, or to disrupt the event.

The Beachclub will not tolerate unsafe or offensive behavior that violates the Fan Code of Conduct. Failure to comply with this code may result in expulsion or suspension from participation in any or all of our events.

Each of us has a responsibility to report any act that goes against the values we hold. So if you see something, say it. Report any safety concerns to our management or safety team immediately.

What time do the events start?

Doors open at 1pm – events start at 2pm and end at 7pm.

Will there be alcoholic beverages on site?

The Beachclub is fully licensed to sell alcohol. You will be allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages anywhere on the site.

Are there any ATMs on site?

Yes, there are a few ATMs located at various points on the site.

Will there be food vendors on site?

Yes, various food truck style vendors will be available on site.

Are there toilets on site?

Yes, several toilets and bathrooms are available.

Are events cancelled if it rains?

No, the events will take place rain or shine.

Are there any lockers available on site?

Yes, we have a few lockers available to drop off your personal items throughout the day. More information to come.

Are there emergency personnel on site?

Yes, there are security guards and first responders on site. There is also a first aid area for accidents and minor injuries.

Is there a search at the entrance?

Each person will be thoroughly searched upon arrival at the site. All refused items will be confiscated and will not be returned.

Is there a parking lot near the Beachclub?

Yes, we have free parking for all our events.

What items are allowed and not allowed on the site?
Authorized items
  • Camelback bags (maximum size 70oz and must be empty upon arrival)
  • Electronic cigarettes with factory packaging
  • Fanny packs, small purses and drawstring bags (subject to security search)
  • Non-professional cameras
  • Luminous jewelry
  • Kandi, Kandi masks
  • Prescription medication (you must have the prescription with your name on it)
  • Sunscreen (must be sealed)
  • Small towels
  • GoPros (head and chest mounts are allowed)
  • Medication prescribed by a doctor that has not expired (must show doctor’s prescription and consult a security officer upon entry)
  • Earplugs
  • Sealed glossy lip balm
  • Powder makeup
  • Sealed tampons
  • Sealed gum packs

Unauthorized items
  • No illegal or illicit substances, drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • No weapons of any kind
  • No liquids or food purchased off-site.
  • No object that can be used as a projectile
  • No flammable objects or liquids, including aerosols and fireworks
  • No animals
  • No professional cameras (cameras with detachable lenses)
  • No chairs
  • No laser pointers
  • No water toys
  • No coolers, thermos, containers or bottles
  • No big backpacks / bags
  • No umbrellas, chairs, blankets, sleeping bags or tents
  • No megaphones
  • No beach balls, soccer balls, baseballs, etc.
Cannabis Regulations

All cannabis products brought to the site must be in a sealed package from the SQDC, or other government sources and must have been legally purchased from one of these government entities. The package must be closed and sealed. Any cannabis products that do not comply with the law will not be accepted on site. An individual may be in possession of up to 30 grams, the maximum amount allowed by law. No cannabis sales are allowed on site.

In accordance with Quebec law, you must be 21 years of age or older to bring cannabis products to the site. If you wish to bring and consume cannabis at the event, you must have a government issued photo ID with date of birth.

You will also need to consume in the dedicated areas on the site.

Use in moderation.

RULES

Please respect all the following rules or you will be expelled:

On the Beachclub site and at Pointe-Calumet beach, the following rules must be respected at all times Site employees reserve the right to escort any person off the site if the rules listed below are not followed:

  • It is strictly forbidden to bring or use drugs on the Beachclub site.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages from outside the site.
  • No glass containers or metal utensils are allowed on site for safety reasons
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring animals on the site.
  • All sharp objects, weapons, kitchen knives, Swiss army knives and other objects that may be subject to danger are strictly forbidden on the site.
  • No verbal or physical violence will be tolerated on the site. Any person not complying with this point will be immediately escorted from the site.
  • Nudism is not tolerated and the wearing of tops in women’s beachwear is mandatory.
  • The pool area on the island of the Beachclub is strictly reserved for those 18 years and older.
  • It is strictly forbidden to run around the pool.
  • Diving in the pool is prohibited.
  • The capacity of the pool is 50 people maximum
  • The Beachclub reserves the right to search anyone who wishes to access the site
  • Prohibited items will be confiscated and/or entry to the site will be denied.
  • Clothing that suggests affiliation with certain groups may be refused.
